Shipping and Returns

Processing and Shipping:

All coffee orders are processed and shipped within 3 days and will arrive to you within 8 days. Shipping charges for all items is always free. There is no expedited shipping offering at this time.



Coffee Orders:

Returning coffee is not allowed as it is considered as a perishable item unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.

Damaged Product:

Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of product delivery for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.


Merchandise Orders:

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged Product:

Time is of the essence. In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
