Shipping policy
Processing and Shipping (Coffee Orders):
All coffee orders are processed and shipped within 3 days and will arrive to you within 8 days. There is no additional charge for Shipping. There is no expedited shipping offering at this time.
Returns (Coffee Orders):
Returning coffee is not allowed as it is considered as a perishable item unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
Damaged Product (Coffee Orders):
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of product delivery for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Processing and Shipping (Merchandise Orders):
We take about 2-5 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.) and then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or less.

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Simpli Brewed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International shipping
International shipments may incur customs fees or taxes For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Customers are responsible for customs fees or taxes.
Order never arrived
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at returns@simplibrewed.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
