Brazil

Brazil is a single origin coffee from Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, Santo Antonio. It is certified/graded as Natural and is roasted to a medium level. The tasting profile is an elegant, smooth cup with cocoa notes. The coffee is grown in the Parana and Sao Paulo regions of Brazil, at altitudes of 750-1050 M. The soil type is volcanic loam, and the process is pulped natural and dried in the sun.
