Introducing Mexico, a delicious coffee from the coffee growers of Chiapas and Oaxaca. This coffee is certified EP and organic, with a medium roast and a tasting profile of chocolate, cinnamon, and green apple. It is made from a blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties, grown at an altitude of 900-1000 M in clay mineral soil. The coffee is fully washed and sun dried for a unique flavor.
