Peru

Peru is a specialty single origin from Simpli Brewed. It is certified FT, with a medium roast. The tasting profile is salted caramel, silky sweet, and citrus. It is grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino in the Piura, Amazonas, Peru region, at an altitude of 1100-1700 M. The soil type is clay minerals, and the process is gully washed and dried in the sun.
